海面狂风暴雨，巨浪滔天，但是海底却是出奇的平静。
悠悠跟着小人鱼游了好久，渐渐好像看到了点点星光？
那么闪亮，又那么遥远……
小人鱼带着悠悠熟练地穿过珊瑚组成的重重荆棘后，又穿越一条深邃的隧道。他们越走越平滑，星光越来越多，越来越亮！最终，他们来到一片宽阔的地方，明亮的地方---
五颜六色的珊瑚散发出五颜六色的光，巨大的扇贝像月亮一样，闪着银色的光，各种长得稀奇古怪，色彩缤纷的鱼像荧光棒一样，点缀着这个特别的世界……
小人鱼见到悠悠惊讶的表情，微微一笑，“咕嘟嘟……”用婴儿一样的声音喊了一声。
慢慢地，从各个角落，各个方向，游来了越来越多的人鱼！
有男有女，有大有小，有老有幼……
还有……！
悠悠竟然看到了他的小伙伴们！
小虎妖勇，小龟妖仁，小兔妖义，还有小长颈鹿妖智！
他们见到悠悠到了，兴奋地跑了过去。
通过智的解释，悠悠才知道那条救他的小人鱼叫贝贝。自从上次小人鱼被小伙伴们救了以后，她心里很感激，却不知道该怎么表达，于是就一直默默地跟着他们。当贝贝预感到天气变化了以后，赶紧通知了人鱼族来救悠悠跟小灵妖们。
“多谢你们救了我们，”悠悠诚恳地说道，“我们要去彩云之巅，需要一直往南走，请问哪边是南方？”
看着人鱼们“咕嘟嘟”地说着话，时而激动，时而流泪，悠悠干着急也听不懂，只有智边听边皱眉。忽然悠悠想起了黄鸟送给他们的“万语通”。小伙伴都很庆幸，经过了狂风暴雨以后，所有的东西还都留在仁的龟壳里，完好无缺。
据人鱼们所说，在往南走就会经过水晶宫的海域，那里住着世上最可恶的恶魔--巴斯。他收集各种珍贵鱼种，当然也包括人鱼，把他们或者残忍地吃掉，或者变成标本观赏，同时，他还把他不要的鱼种高价卖给海外的世界，
小人鱼听到巴斯的名字，不禁哭了起来。
原来贝贝的爸爸妈妈都被巴斯抓起来了。她和族人上次去水晶宫打算营救族人，没想到巴斯的武器太厉害了，经过一场大战以后，他们不仅谁都没救着，反而很多人鱼族人都受了重伤，有的还不幸被抓了，而她，虽然逃离了巴斯的追捕，但是却被渔人抓住了。还好后面遇到了悠悠和小灵妖们。
“巴斯为了要珍珠，就不停地用鞭子抽打我们的族人。他把我们的头发剪掉，做成渔网继续捕杀鱼类。他还把我们的皮炸成油，把油运到海外，换取金子。”贝贝哭着说道，“我的爸爸妈妈现在就在他的珍珠池子里，我看到了，他们浑身是伤，可是我很没用，没有办法救他们……”
悠悠听着贝贝的遭遇，心里很难过，他觉得他和贝贝的经历居然这么相似！
“贝贝，你别哭，我现在就跟你们去救你爸爸妈妈，你的族人！”悠悠坚决地说道。

On the surface were waves crashing at the height of Everest. However， under the sea was much calmer.
Yoyo swam with the mermaid for a long time until they saw something that looked like a glowing star.
It is so bright but so far away.
Yoyo and the mermaid went through the narrow coral like a maze. After， they had to cross an underwater ravine. However， the path started to become smoother after a while. Finally， they arrived at a place that was big and bright.
There were so many colours made by the coral surrounding the place. There were also many weird fish that glowed brightly in the cavern.
The mermaid looked at Yoyo and smiled friendly.‘GoGoGaGa’ she said like a baby.
Slowly， from all corners swam mermaids and lots of them!
There were men and female， big and small， old and young
And…
There were also the small demons.
There was Yong， Ren， Yi and Zhi!
After they saw Yoyo， they excitedly swam over.
From Zhi’s explanation， the mermaid that saved them was called Bella. She did not know how to express her appreciated feeling when she was saved by Yoyo and friends earlier. It turned out that Bella followed them the whole time. When Bella would predict the time when the weather was going to change， Bella would call the entire mermaid squad to come as reinforcements to save them.
“Thank you for saving us.” Yoyo said in a appreciated voice.“We are going to the Heavenly World. And to get there， we need to go south. But where is south?”
While listening to the mermaids babbling sometimes over reacted and sometimes sad but Yoyo couldn’t understand a word. Zhi was frowning like something was wrong. Yoyo suddenly remembered the potion of language that the golden phoenixes gave them. All the demons were relived since all their stuff are still in Ren’s back.
From what the mermaids said， Buzz lives in the south. He captures the most endangered fish species including mermaids. He uses some of the fish as his meals and some for specimen. If the fish he got was not what he wanted， he would sell it.
As soon as Bella heard about Buzz， she burst into tears.
It turned out that Bella’s mum and dad were captured by Buzz. So the mermaids had a battle with buzz but soon realized that Buzz’s weapons were way to powerful. A lot of mermaids got badly injured and got captured. Bella got away by the just but soon got caught by the fishermen. That’s when she met Yoyo.
Since Buzz wanted pearls， he used whips to whip the mermaids. Then he would cut the mermaids hair and use the hair to make nets to catch other fish. He would also deep fry the mermaid skin to make the oil and use it on candles to sell at the seashore for a high price. Bella said sadly，“I unfortunately saw my mum and dad badly injured in a pearl tank. But I couldn’t do anything to help.”
Listening to Bella’s sob story， Yoyo started to feel a little nauseous. They both had the same experiences.
“Don’t worry Bella， we will help you save your parents and the other mermaids!” Yoyo said.
